Hi Shufflehound team,
In my site if I enable the sidebar widget and if a user go through the widget after reading the post in bottom, then his navigation in that sidebar area started flickering and some time stuck in a loop of up/down and cant controll his navigation until he fastly pushed to the Top. FYI…this is completely on mobile navigation and happening 90% of browsing in mobile view.
Can you please help me on this to resolve the issue ASAP!

As u suggest to upgrade the theme but the issue still persist. the sidebar isusue only in post sidebar not in page sidebar. Also, FYI my chrome browser is up to date and hence most android user default browser is chrome and the issue refelct in surfing time, it gives wrong impression to the users. So, I disabled most post sidebar except one enabled for u guys to test it. Please find below the link in private info field and update me with a solution ASAP.
I could confirm the issue on your shared site.
This seems happening due to Jetpack lazy load image module so please try disabling it.
Also, this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

I have disabled the jetpack<span class=”form-toggle__label-content”><span class=”jp-form-toggle-explanation”> Lazy Loading for images option </span></span><span class=”form-toggle__label-content”><span class=”jp-form-toggle-explanation”>under performance tab and went through every plugin but unable to debug the issue. Please, help me on this as Im getting high level of bounce rate as I disabled the sidebar for every post in my site</span></span>

JayI visited your site again and saw the loazy loading for images option is still enabled so could you please disable it until I finish troubleshooting?
Also, Please try clearing and temporarily deactivating the WP-Super-Cache that you are using on your shared site.

I disabled the Lazy loading for image option to see if the issue persist or not. but when I saw that it still pesisit with disabling the option, so I enebled when coming out from the admin panel. FYI, I installed the super cache a long time ago but I faced the same kind of issue in related post widget and you guys informed me to disabled it, so I did it but hence nothing is working by disabling that also and my site performance is getting down so I enebled that also yesterday after long time!
If you give me a time frame to stopped both option for your troubleshooting the then I can go forward and disabled both hence its a matter of performance so I dont want to lost user in that regards
You can disable them now and inform me here so that I can torubleshoot.
Do you have any other development site where we can do troubleshooting?
Though I have a test subdomain but did not setup this theme unfortunately.
I’m disabling now the option, please let me know when I can re-enable option.

the option are off now, u can start your troubleshooting
I can see now that the issue is resolved on your shared page now.
You can test it yourself by clearing your browser cache.

Yes, the issue has been resolved but specifically to that post which I have shared.
I just enabled another post sidebar and the issue is still rfelecting!Please help me on this the one of the reason I purchased Gillion because of it’s awesome UI but nor Im facing this kind of issue with UX, I really felt cheated though I really find your support platform very helpful

It is working fine for me on your shared page also.
Please test it clearing your browser cache as the browser caches the page media.

I have tested it multiple times on your shared page bbut it is working fine for me.

Hi, It’s only happening in chrome/Google browser. also, I tried with other person cellphone also, hence he use Android so the browser is Chrome/google by default and the issue is still reflectig!

Yes, I can see this is happening on your shared post but it seems you have activated Lazy loading and WP super cache again on your site so this is happening because of any of these plugins so please contact the plugin support to resolve the issue.
