When I’m trying to make any change in theme from the “customize”, it not working. it shows some kind of message like “Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple seconds, and then try again.” or sometimes it shows “JSON-parse-error”.
when I change the theme, that time that allows me to update the “customize” option. that’s why I confirmed that it is the theme problem. plz, solve the issues. I also add two attachment to this TICKET.
1. theme customize not working message.

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Have you made any changes in the theme files?
Please make sure that you are using below latest version of the theme.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

Sry bro, I didn’t find any issue regarding plugins. But, Problem has gone after doing the “deactivate and activate” all plugins.
Glad it is working fine after deactivating and reactivating the plugins.
