    Hey there. Great theme!

    I just upgraded to Version: 2.4.3 and now my theme settings will not load.

    Please advise.

    Hi @BIGSHOTInt,

     

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

     

    Please make sure you have activated the Unyson plugin.

     

    If you still faces the issue then would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will bee able see it.”?

    Thanks for the speedy reply.  I did try disabling all the plugins except Unyson and the theme settings still did not load. I also tried updating the theme and deleted and reinstalled Unyson without any luck.

    I have provided login details below.

    I logged in to your shared site and saw the theme settings are loading as shown in the attached screenshot.

     

    Please advise.

    Solution for this topic

    I am so sorry to waste your time.

    It was an issue with Chrome. The settings are loading fine now.
