Hi support,
We are having issues with our Jevelin theme on two of our sites. One of our sites (www.retailermarketplace.com) gets stuck loading the homepage, and the other site (www.empowerretailers.com) loads the homepage but does not load the slider or a lot of the other homepage information.
We tried turning off and on all the plugins on the site and it seems the two plugins having issues are the WP Bakery and the Unyson builder.
Did a new update come out? We looked through the Envato Market integration but it doesn’t show any theme updates.
Could you please help us fix these issues?
It seems the theme jQuery script is causing the issue as jQuery is updated in the latest WordPress version 5.5
The issue will be fixed ASAP in the upcoming version of the theme.
In the meanwhile, you can fix it by using the attached custom plugin.
