there is a way to change background color of titlebar on whole site?
in addition, in portfolio category, can I remove the words “Portfolio Category:”

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can change titlebar background color from theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
To remove the words “Portfolio Category:” please use the attached custom plugin that contains some custom code.

I logged in to your site using shared site details and it is getting changed for me by making changes in theme option as shown in the attached screenshot.
