i am trying to have a top bar above my header in finacer theme aand im using header finances header i have even enable top bar but still im not ablt ot get tthe top o website so can you please have a look at my website or create for me or can you tell me the exact steps for it

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You are using a custom header template on your website created using WPBakery page builder, therefore, the topbar won’t display on it.
You have to either create similar topbar in the Finance header using WPBakery page builder or use any other builtin header template.
