    Hello again,

I am having another issue.  For some reason, only my on main page, the header and menu will display.  On my other pages, I can see the header setting are off and the slider and menu are not displaying.  The top logo is to the centered instead of to the left as well. Only the main page and store page are correct.

    Thank you for you help

    Hi there,

We just made some tests and we couldn’t replicate your issue on mobile with both iPhone and Android devices (we attached a screenshot for about page)

Did you manage to solve the issue?

Yes, I was able to resolve the pages disappearing.  This was because of a plugin named – AMP.  But now am having an issue the icons disappearing.  We just finished transferring the website to it’s final home https://confederatemuseum.com/ and not it will randomly have the icons disappear.  I thought it was yellowpencil but it is still happening.  I can temporary make them pop-up again if I modify something on the website.  Please help.

    Hi there,

    Sorry for our late response.

It seems that the icons are working now. Did you manage to fix them?

That kind of issue most likely is related to the website setup, where icon files are loading from different domains or something similar.

    Best regards,

    Shufflehound team
