    Hope someone can help. The top section of homepage is not displaying for me: http://www.manchestermooching.co.uk/

    Is it missing a plugin?

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    I can see it is displaying fine as shown in the attached screenshot.

     

    If you are talking about the menu then please create the menu and assign it to Header Navigation in the menu location.
