I have loaded up the Jevelin theme onto my wordpress and added in the content for the Startup site. When I try to access the a text block on any page or post I receive a message saying ‘Error forbidden’. This is the only content element that produces this error.
I have uninstalled all of the other plugins and the error remained. However if I transfer my site from the Jevelin theme to the wordpress theme 2017 the Unyson text block begins to work.
I then re-downloaded the Jevelin theme and uploaded it. the problem returned.
What would you recommend I do to fix the issue?
