<div class=”emojify”>Dear Support, every time the Jevelin Theme gets upgraded the Unyson plugin creates issues to our website. All image, video and Menu content disappears and the site stays as a Text Only Theme. I contacted WP support to tell them that even when I was rewinding my site I will only get once the old site working and then I will see the Text Only monde. This is their respond: “For what I see, your theme needs Unyson plugin to work. But latest version of Unyson creates errors and can not be installed. This is going to happen if you rewind because all plugins in our platform auto update for security reasons.</div>

<div>Please advise ASAP because having the site down causes serious problems to our business.</div>

Many users including me are using latest version 2.7.21 of Unyson plugin without any issue.
Which version of Unyson plugin are you using?
I visited your shared site and didn’t see Unyson plugin activated on it.
Please advise.
