Is it possible to use the multiple versions of this theme and multiple demos? For example, the homepage looks like the ‘Education’ version while some other pages look like the ‘Creative Agency’ version?

Yes, that should be possible.
Please remember that installing demo content will change the main theme settings and add some content. Therefore, we suggest installing the demo content you plan to use for your pages first, and then add the demo with the main page content last.
