Video background on row is not working. I have a Testimonials section and have “Use Video Background?” checked and a YouTube link added. No video is displayed.

Are you sure you’re looking at the Testimonials and not the client logos?

Please update the theme on your site to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Also please try not setting any parallax effect to the row as shown in the attached screenshot.
I’m not comfortable installing a beta on my main corporate site. Also, the parallax setting has no effect on the bug.
I installed the update and the video is now working on desktop. However, on an iPad, it displays with YouTube’s play button clearly visible instead of autoplaying.

This is a limitation of YouTube on iPad.
Umm, ok. So video background are basically useless? Couldn’t you possibly include an option on the theme that lets us use an image instead on mobile?
We will consider adding this option in the future version of the theme.
