    Hey,

    My website suddenly broke last night! showing some errors in the theme file. Please check.

    but the backend is working.

    Can you please fix this on priority as I have to deliver the website this Thursday!

    Yes, I figured it out. There is some issue with lazy loader and page loader options. now I disabled both the website reappeared. I thought the page loader is the issue, but when you set the lazy loader enabled, the website loses it design.

    I hope you people will correct this in a future update. So found of your support and work ethics, you people take all this feedback and bugs and keep your theme bugs free.

    I thought the page loader is the issue, but when you set the lazy loader enabled, the website loses it design.

    Do you see the error only when you activate Lazy loading and Page loader is not an issue or do you face the issue only when both are active?

     

    I can see you are using an older version of the theme on your website so please update it to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

    I have Evanto Market plugin installed but not receiving theme updates. Generated personal token as well. Have you people update the Evanto Market place with the updated theme?

    I have disabled the lazy load but page load is activated. Please check I have to deliver the website. Can deliver with these issues.

    Sometimes it loads with these issues sometime it won’t show up. I am not able to understand, my website is so simple and short but still facing these issues.

    I can see only information about the log in your shared screenshot and it is not an error.

     

    Could you please share the screenshot of the error that you specified previously as displayed below?

    There were some errors before deactivating the Lazy load. Now I have checked that when you activate lazy load there is some error showing but when the website loads completely it disappeared. Make sure you switch pages because then you are able to view the error on the console. On refresh, the error won’t come.

    And these were not errors but jquery violations, why we are seeing these messages?

    I can see the javascript error message in the browser console on clicking on the menu link as shown in the attached screenshot.

     

    This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

    I am not using anything apart from what you people have in the theme bundle. So doing all these activate deactivate waste a lot of time. I need to deliver the website tomorrow and suddenly these issues raise.

     

    PLUS

    Whenever I am enabling lazy load the layout of the images compromised. Please check the screenshot(I am going to disable the lazy load. You have to do everything on your theme website ). I think you people need to thoroughly test the theme bundle. Hoping to get these issues resolved quickly.

    I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of Jevelin theme.

     

    Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

    Are you people not facing any Jquery messages / Map messages. I don’t want to use maps and lazy load but I still see those Jquery violation messages and map messages.

    I don’t want to see kind of messages. I have checked on other browsers as all. Please check.

    Yes, I am getting below messages on my test site blog post also but they are not errors.

    I have notified the theme developer about it so that it will be fixed.

    Thank you. I think people hire someone to test your theme very often. AS the updates come some plugins will raise those issues or differences. If you people take those things handled by yourself only. This theme would be a high-quality theme among all the evanto products. Thanks

    Dears,

    I found this topic on Google. I bought my license of Gillion yesterday and everything was super good.

    However, today I was writing an article on my blog and also visited my website in parallel. I was surprised to see how since today my website is very slow and sometimes I simply get 520 http errors when the website is not responding or when it is then I could get some 522 and 404 errors for JS and CSS files of your theme but when I call them directly I have not any issue. And finally, that’s also an issue then, sometimes it is working like a charm… So I don’t understand. Then, I googled that issue and I found this post message with exactly the same issue that I have.

    Could you please have a look cause this seems to be the same issue?

    My theme and his plugins are updated to the last version (this is the first setup of this theme) and I also tested with all other plugins deactivated but still the same issue.

    For the rest, I really love this theme… of course some remarks but for the moment I like it. Excepted of course this blocking and critical issue.

    P.S.: be careful with the regression when you test, cause I have the same issue you reported as fixed in your message but with the version since today I got the same issue like months ago. And I see that you fixed versions ago before an issue with the layout of the header of bbpress and I have the same issue however as I’m on the last version updated those issues seem to be regressions (non-regression testing?). Of course for this last issue I will create another post.
