Hello,
I’m using Jevelin theme, but suddenly my site only presents a blank white screen. I can’t access the wp-admin dashboard either.
I have tried the following tests, with no resolution to the issue:
- renaming the plugins folder to deactivate them
- clearing my browser cache
- updating the Jevelin theme
Can you help?

Shufflehound teamYes, I did Google the error and tried all those fixes first. I had a similar issue with Jevelin at the end of August, and I found someone else posting about it on a forum. I replied to that post and received direction to upload some beta versions of new Jevelin files. That fixed the issue then, but I can’t find that post again, nor did updating Jevelin to the current version resolve the issue.
Any suggestions beyond those fixes that I already tried?
Could you please also share your website admin login details so that I can troubleshoot it?
