We have lost the whole home page, the logo display, the slider display and are missing our shop and menu displays.
Our hosting company tell us its an issue with the updates affecting the theme and its a loss of days of work for us.
Please advise what you can do to help.

Updating the theme doesn’t affect content and settings of the site.
Had you made any changes in the theme files?
Do you have old backup of your site?
Your shared site credentials don’t work and display an error message “Invalid username”.
Thanks for confirming. It appears that the issue lies with the plug ins required to make the site work (this is according to our hosting company).
They have restored this morning a further back up from an earlier point and as a result our site is back up with lots of our recent work missing but at least we have a working site.
I am due to speak with them again today so will update if your help is still needed. I suspect this is a hosting/updated plug in issue but am currently attempting to get to the bottom of it.
