    Hello,

    Currently facing some issues with woocommerce on the website – for mobile users.

    When a user makes a purchase on the site, they are immediately shown screen A. As you can see, the download button is practically not selectable.

    Also on screen A – the text seems to be overlapping and is NOT very user friendly.

    On the second instance. The user who purchased the product now logs in > selects downloads > the user is shown screen B. Again, the same issue as screen A.

    Can you please help rectify this?

    Apologies – I have provided updated credentials.

    Thanks!

    Thank you.

    Now i can login to your site and placed an order to troubleshoot the issue but i can’t get till checkout page you displayed in your shared screenshot as i have to make payment as shown in the attached screenshot.

    Could you please add dummy orders in the account of shared user so that i can troubleshot the issue by accessing Downloads section of checkout page?

    Hello – apologies for the delay! Please check private field for solution.

    I could test it now and the download button is displaying fine for me as shown in the attached screenshots.

    Please test it clearing your browser cache or using different browser.

    You can resolve other issues by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.

    Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

    .woocommerce ul.order_details li {
        word-wrap: break-word;
    }
