While customizing the demo page or making the new page, The Wp Bakery page builder isn’t working properly. Actually, some of the elements don’t work such as the heading(pro), Text block. But the rest elements are working fine. When I click the “heading pro” element it shows me a blank box. Not the area of customizing. You can see the SS. You will be more clear.Hi @themoneycreed,

Your shared site credentials are not working so could you please make sure that it is correct and working fine?
Also, please make sure that you are using the below latest version of the theme and latest versions of the plugins.

Shufflehound teamYes, I have installed the latest theme. I just download the theme from ThemeForest 2 days back. And I have rechecked the version also. It’s 4.9.1
All the plugins are updated. And I am still seeing the problem. See the SS.

I need help ASAP.This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson, Redux framework and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

I have deactivated all the plugins except Unyson, Redux framework, and wp bakery page builder.
Now I am seeing nothing. A blank page appearing with no contents.

It seems this is happening because the WordPress ajax file is restricted on your server as shown in the attached file so could you please contact your web host to resolve it?
