when trying to install the provided plugins, they install fine except for WPBakery Page Builder.
error message Plugin not activated. A higher version of WPBakery Page Builder is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

If you are already using the WPBakery Page Builder plugin on your website then please delete it and then reinstall it.

In your shared screenshot, the error message says Destination Folder Already Exists so please make sure that js_composer folder does not exist in the plugins directory of your website.

I am having the same error. I have reset the whole website and try to reinstall it, it’s giving me the same error
Have you deleted the js_composer folder on your web server on the below path?
/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/
