I tried with, without it and with # – result same – Invalid Instagram data.

Ok, solved the problem and refined it a bit. Still two things remains:
Instagram footer widget does not work;
Impossible to switch Off (despite of settings) : Appearance / Theme Settings / Portfolio / Portfolio Project Gallery Slider (it is always displayed even if checkbox is off)
