    Hi,

We can see the video now on iPhone and Safari. The only issue we are having is when we initially load the page, the video doesn’t start immediately. How can we fix this?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

We’ve used YouTube link and set as Parallax Video on the section. But when you initially load the page, it doesn’t play automatically as the Heading runs first. Can you have a look at how we can fix this?

    Thanks.

We have uploaded mp4 video but it is still not working. We’ve also tested the same video on another builder and it works on both Safari and iPhone. Is there anywhere else this is getting controlled?

    Hi,

Can we know which header file on the backend do we need to add in the code? And which variable?

Also, please see the attached images for your reference.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

The dropdown has worked now for some reasons even if we didn’t change it after.

    Thanks.

The code didn’t work, see the attached image. Could you please check again?

    Thanks.

And to answer your question, we didn’t bother to remove the sub-menus as those are for different areas and we will be adding more. Might as well replicate the issue on your end if you want to confirm if your solution will fix the issue.

Again, we need those sub-menus so please fix it.

Reducing the sub-menus should never be an option as we needed those and it’s working well with other browsers like Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. We are only having issues with IE.

Could you please get your developers to investigate and fix this issue as soon as possible?

Also, we are using a custom font called Avenir and is not working on IE too. How can we fix this? Please advise.

Can your developers adjust the number of sub menus allowed instead of us reducing them?

See attachment. The other menus are not showing because it’s not scrolling together with the page. How can we fix this?

    Hi,

Thanks for your immediate response. The theme has suggested installing WP Super Cache plugin, is this the cache we need to disable now?

The site doesn’t have any plugins installed initially except for the default wp plugins which are not activated at all but the theme still has an issue as the UI is getting broken every time we refresh. This is the reason why we are asking for a refund as customising the site is painful using this theme.

And as per checking on your theme’s review, it clearly shows some complaints about the bugs.

Also, the Themeforest https://themeforest.net/page/customer_refund_policy refund states:
    <h2 id=”not-working” class=”t-heading -size-m h-mt4″>Item doesn’t work the way it should</h2>
<p class=”t-body”>If an item doesn’t work the way it should and can’t easily be fixed you are entitled to a refund of the item. This includes situations where the item has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you’d known about the problem in the first place. If the item can be fixed, then the author is required to do so promptly by updating the item otherwise you are entitled to a refund of that item.</p>

Can we get a refund, please?

    Thanks.
