This is Galaxy S8. Site glitshes in Chrome and Android browser, but works fine on Puffin browser.
On Samsung Galaxy A5 2016 it works fine in Chrome. On iPhone and Safari it works fine. Looks like it is specific issue. Thank you!

Please look number 9 (I check on Samsung Galaxy S8). The popover window is high because it has much text. It is partly concealed by titlebar and I want it to lay above titlebar.

Thanks! It resolves problem with partly. But:
- If popover window is high enough it still lies under menu (see screenshot),
- All bubbles appear to be displaced several pixels left. Popovers appear on right place, only bubble icons are misplaced.
