I’m using the header design no. 3, from Appearance > Theme Settings > Header. I don’t see an option to edit these using the Yellow Pencil editor?

We’re using a child theme but it’s the ‘official’ child theme from yourself – we haven’t modified it beyond the custom CSS we’ve been given from you so far. I have shared the admin details in the private content box.

How can I make the individual columns (6 in total) clickable links? I want each section, such as ‘Flexi desks’, ‘Dedicated desks’ etc. to be interactive and change colour on hover but not just the heading, the whole column inc. image, heading and text. Is there anything in theme that allows for this?
Thanks for the code. However, I want to be able to control this element through the theme. Can you tell me why it’s not working through the theme options? I want to select the column as hover element (see attached) but none of the options are working. Not really good enough for a paid theme IMO.

Thank you. Does this only work on the first row on that page or all rows with similar images? Because I have a row below the top row, with a guy and his head is being cut off too.
The issue has not changed – it’s the same as it was 6 days ago. The head of the girl is getting cut off (see attached).
Yes, I had to remove the row and column and create new. Can you please advice me on the margins issue also mentioned in this ticket? That is my biggest concern right now.

Hi, can you confirm that you are able to access the site?
I only updated the theme yesterday, because I got a notification about it. Up until then, I have not updated it.
I tried to update it that way but I got an error message ‘Update failed – the theme is at its latest version’ View version 4.6.0 details.
Quick question – do I need to upload this through FTP?
