Hello
Thank you for your reply.
My issue re portfolio images is that the main image displayed on the page is cut from the top and bottom, so although full width, it doesn’t display full height. I would love for each of the images to appear in full size without being cut down. Ideally I don’t want to have to rely on people to click and enlarge the image to see its full size.
Regarding portfolio overlay options, could you please provide the pathway for reaching this option. I’ve had a look in appearance / theme settings and customise but I can’t seem to find it!
Thanks
Amy
Amazing! Thank you π
Great! Thank you π That was simple
And it’s probably worth mentioning that the same jQuery error message appears on another of my Jevelin sites: http://luxushomes.co.uk
Hoping the issue is the same so its easily solved!
Hi,
Please find as requested.
Many thanks
Attached is error message re backup
Hi.
Sorry for the delay. I had replied to your response but it doesn’t seem to have sent!
I have deactivated the autoptimize plugin but the error still shows.
I am trying to create a full site backup but it doesn’t seem to progress beyond ‘Archive Zip’. Could this be to do with the jQuery issue and deprecations?
And finally, how can I create you a temp admin user account?
Thanks
Amy

Solution for this topic
Thank you – removing it altogether has resolved the issue π
Thanks
Amy
Thank you that’s worked perfectly
Hi
Thank you for this! We’re nearly there however the fixed square does still cut off the majority of our logos.
Do you have any recommendations on how we might be able to adjust this so that the full logo shows on each – whether square or rectangular?
Thanks
Amy
Thank you!
Amazing! Thank you π
Ps could you also advise if I can remove the ‘All’ category at the top of the portfolio page.
Thanks!
Amazing! What a fab tool. So easy to use too π
Thanks
Amy
Hey
Thanks for the reply.
I have added this code in conjunction with another that I had already pasted:
#page-container .header-logo img {
max-height: 100px;
}
#wrapper > .content-container.sh-page-layout-default {
padding-top: 0;
}
Unfortunately the gap still exists on all pages other than the homepage.

Hi
The link doesn’t seem to work. Could you send me a download link?
And I’m not sure what you mean by this:
Or do you think I should be fine backing up my site regularly and keeping everything as is in Parent theme?
You can also do this but please note that if you make changes in the parent theme files then you canβt update it.
Thank you for your help.
Based on me having completed websites already in Parent theme do you think it is worth me transferring to Child Theme and reconfiguring anything that needs it? Or do you think I should be fine backing up my site regularly and keeping everything as is in Parent theme?
Would you also mind sending me a link to download child theme as I can’t seem to find it in either of the Jevelin downloads I have.
Thanks
Amy
Hey
So I’ve managed to delete my website and set up a new one. However I will of course want to re-upload the jevelin theme…is there an updated download link you could send me as I only paid for a single use theme which was used on my previous (broken) website.
Thanks again
Amy
I’ve used WordPress database reset and the customisation options still aren’t showing so could you advise on how (if you think necessary) I can delete all and install.
Thanks
Amy
