thanks for the test and check – at the moment this issue is not urgend in my current project and will be needed 1. quarter 2020 in Launch 2 when we integrate the shop. As I know you reguallarily update the theme I am confident the issue will be solved until than.Please keep me updated via this ticket – that would be really great.

the screenshot looks like unyson page builder. I used WP Backery. When I switch for sure all already used WP elements are gone. Any chance I can achieve this element in WP Backery as well?

I know if we take away the paralax scrolling effect on the footer it might fir. But the customer really likes the effect for the footer, that this secondary informatiuon is somehow hidden/on another level than the page content.
So my first approch would be to change the line hight of the footer text to see if this might bring a first result.

thanks for present several options to me. I discussed all of your suggested possibilities with my customer and finally we reduced the menue font size to 12px in combinition max-width: 1420px primary desktop header.

I tested my page on several screen resolutions and devices again and the results are not nice ;(
Please find attached some screenshots where the menu is not scaled but gets 2 lines – which looks really shiddy. The customer does not want smaller menu font size because on big screens the menu looks to small altready for his taste ;(
