I usually do all the updates of the theme but I am still waiting that it is possible to update this plugin. When are you going to fix this? Thanks.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It is updated in the below latest version of theme so please install latest theme version and then delete & reinstall WPBakery Page Builder plugin.

You can install it again from Appearance -> Install Plugins
If I delete the plugin it disappears from the list. Where do I download the plugin again?
As told above you can install it from Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
