where do i edit these SOCIAL media links?

The widget you have displayed in your shared screenshot is Shufflehound Social Counter widget that you can configure in your site widgets area as shown in the attached screenshot.

You can add the widget in any widget area where you want to display it as shown in the above shared screenshot.
If you don’t want to display it then just remove the widget from widget area.
Yes you need ID and tokens for each of them which you can get as described in the following pages.
