    Hello,

     

    I tried to install a demo page, but I get the error message ‘Can not close the zip-file’. The demo is not installed.

     

    Can you please help me solving this problem?

    Hi Jacco,

     

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

     

    First of all please make sure you are using latest version of theme and plugins.

     

    Then could you please troubleshoot the issue as described on the following pages?

    Hi,

     

    I do have the latest version of theme and plugins,

    I gave every folder write permissions.

     

    The problem still exists. I don’t know if I have to change the code of some php-files? (I’m a beginner)

    I solved the problem. My storage space was full, I added some and now the demo is installed. Thanks for the support!
