Hi there!
I’m having an issue with the Gallery Slider setting on the single project posts. I’m trying to use the Gallery Slider on all my project posts because I like that all of the images can be displayed together and scrolled through, as apposed to the Default gallery where you have to exit the Lightbox each time you want to view a new gallery image.
But I’m having an issue where the Lightbox that opens up from the Gallery Slider has an image counter on the bottom left of the image that displays incorrect numbers and the image title doesn’t appear at the bottom of the image like it does on the Default gallery. How do I fix these two things so I can use the Gallery Slider fully?

Hi @jebowl00,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
It is known issue which will be fixed ASAP.
In the meanwhile you can fix it using the custom plugin solution shared in the below topic.

So, I installed and activated the “custom plugin” like that topic said to, but it hasn’t changed anything on my portfolio galleries…what is it supposed to do exactly? Is there something else I need to do beyond adding the plugin?
Thanks!
You have to just install and activate the shared custom plugin which will resolve image counter issue.
After activating the custom plugin do you still get image counter issue?
If yes then please share me page URL so that I can troubleshoot it.
The plugin is active, but my counter still is showing incorrect numbers. You can see an example on this project: https://joanbowlen.com/project/vendini-marketing-booklet-design/
I’ve also included a screenshot of my “Plugins” area so you can see that the plugin is active.
Thanks!
Then would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able to see it.”?
I’ve included login info for my site below, please let me know if you have any difficulty logging in and thanks!
I logged into your site and modified the shared custom plugin code which made the counter to display fine.
Could you please confirm it?
Hello,
Could you please share the modification made to the package?
Thanks
