    Hi there,

    I have some RTL issues : all sliders does not work properly. Could you help me, please?

    • the big sliders do not show up (Screenshot 1)
    • when I scroll items in the categories sliders it gives a blank (Screenshot 2)
    • when I scroll items in the widget sliders it gives a blank also (Screenshot 3)

    Does it work fine for you if you disable RTL?

     

    Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able to see it.”?

    I logged into your site but the theme settings are not displaying for me as shown in the attached screenshot.

     

    Does it display for you?

    Have you disabled RTL option?

    If yes then please tell me where you have disabled it as I still see your site in RTL.

    Hi,

     

    RTL option is disabled.

     

    To enable/disble it you have to go to Theme Settings/General/ and scroll down

    Yes the RTL option is displayed on your site but still your site is displaying in RTL mode as shown in the attached screenshot therefore I am asking you whether you have enabled it any other way?

    I made changes on style.css to make RTL display.

     

    I deleted everything now.

    You deleted it but still it is displaying in RTL mode on your site as shown in the attached screenshot.

     

    Could you please disable it all together?

    I changed the language from Arabic to English

    Now I can access your site properly and enabled RTL support theme option which is displaying your site fine without above mentioned issues as shown in the attached screenshot.

     

    Could you please tell me when the above mentioned issues occur?
