I add the widget and try to fill it out. The “upload image” link never works. Then when I save it to my page and go back in to make edits, the entire area is blank.

    What’s going on?

    Hi @skob,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

Not sure exactly why this is happening on your site but please make sure that you are using below latest version of theme.

Please login to access this file

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any or use following plugin to check it.

Also could you please try using the widget from below path?

Admin Area -> Appearance -> Widgets

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Thanks.

I wasn’t aware I needed a WpBakery license to run this theme. Could that be what is causing the widget to not work properly?

I’m also getting this error when I try to update the WpBakery plugin.

You can install WpBakery plugin as shown in the attached screenshot.

You are using the plugin bundled with the theme therefore you are not direct customer of that plugin and can not update that plugin until you purchase it.

Please find more information about it on the following page.

    https://wpbakery.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/VC/pages/524313/Update

We update the plugin with every new theme version. In this case you can just delete old plugin version and reinstall latest plugin version bundled with theme from Appearance ->  Install Plugins
