As said above, It is not a menu but the filter.
You can display it using and configuring portfolio content element as displayed in the attached screenshots.

sorry can you use plugin portfolio? because I click in page not see portfolio!
Portfolio is a content element of Unyson page builder so you have to activate Unyson page builder extension and use it on the page.
If you still don’t get then please share me the screenshot of the screen that you are getting.

Don’t you see it in the bottom after scrolling as displayed in the attached screenshot?

You have to use classic editor to use Unyson page builder as displayed in the attached screenshots.
