I am using Jevelin on my website, but the contact form in Onyson is suddenly disappeared?

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using below latest version of Jevelin theme.
Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and Unyson plugin.

Shufflehound teamWhat is the name of the contact form that Jevelin is using? Right now I have Contact Form 7 appearing in “content elements”, which isn’t the one that you use?
It is a contact form content element as shown in the attached screenshot.
Have you made sure that you are using the above shared latest version of the theme?
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

I logged into your site and installed Unyson plugin Mailer extension as shown in the attached screenshot which made it display contact form content element.
Could you please confirm it now?
