Header: Problem since day one. I select add Search, Social Media, Shopping Cart, etc. and it duplicates it in the header. I had it working with only the search and login for a day or so then it reverted back once I updated to the latest version.
The Boxed layout: This is the only way the site will display properly on a desktop. After updating, the boxed layout condenses the content and stretches it vertically. Which makes it impossible to work with on mobile.
Mobile/Desktop: If I enable full width, it cuts off the content on the right and left sides of the page in desktop and mobile view.
The site was working perfect before.
Also, I have a popup on all pages. It is now randomly transparent and can barely be closed.
I’d sincerely appreciate some help. Thank you so much!
Hi @aphidinc,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.

I visited your shared site and it is displaying fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please advise.

Could you please share me the page URLs from your site where it is not displaying correctly so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,

Well, I’ve disabled the Search, shopping, login etc because I can’t have a site that looks like that to my visitors. It’s like that on every page if enabled.
I’ve tried going through the Customize Theme option as well as My Site – Customize. It just duplicates everything.
I’m more concerned with the mobile view not working the way it should.
I really appreciate your help.
If you don’t want that empty spaces around the content then please make sure that you have disabled the Boxed layout in the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
Right. I wish it was as simple as that.
I sent you screenshots of what happens when I disable boxed layout. It cuts everything off on the edges. Please reread my initial ticket.
The boxed layout remains on both mobile and desktop once it is disabled.
I have disabled it and the two images attached are from the desktop and my cellphone.
Are you using any custom CSS code on your site?
If yes then please try temporary removing it.
You need to reproduce the issue on your site so that I can troubleshoot it.
If it is not possible then would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by checking the option “Set as private reply” when replying to this topic?
There is no custom CSS on the tite. You are more than welcome to log in. Ide sincerely appreciate that.
If you could please take a look at the header doubling as well that would be amazing.
Greetings! I don’t mean to be a bother…but my blog has randomly shifted all text to the right. I just noticed this.
This happened after the latest update. I can’t figure out how to reposition all the text to go back to the left.
If I import a different Jevelin template, will it delete my site data or just replace the look and feel?
Thanks again for your help.
I have added the below custom CSS code in the Custom CSS option of the theme to resolve the issue so could you please check it now?
.sh-section-container.container .fw-row { margin: 0; }
If I import a different Jevelin template, will it delete my site data or just replace the look and feel?
If you use legacy demo content install method then it will delete the site data and if you use the new method then it will add new data along with the existing data.
