    What does this code [mc4wp_form id=”125″] mean. I am not able to activate my mailchip subscribe option. what should I do please

    What does this code [mc4wp_form id=ā€125ā€³] mean.

    It is a subscription form shortcode provided by Mailchimp for WordPress plugin as shown in the attached screenshot.

     

    I am not able to activate my mailchip subscribe option. what should I do please

    I can see that option in your shared screenshot.

     

    Please advise in detail.
