Dear, how can I adjust the title of the home page fromt he; home card style theme
I changed it within pages into; Amsterdam Overview

Please try clearing and temporarily disabling the W3 Total Cache that you are using on your site.
If it still doesn’t get changed then please change it from the Menu options as shown in the attached screenshot.
