Hi,
I’m trying up to import demos with Jevelin theme but i always get this error that a lot of people get :
An error occurred while fetching file from: https://api.shufflehound.com/jevelin/ocdi_files/construction/construction_content.xml!
Reason: http_request_failed – cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds.
After some researches, I’ve seen it is possible that is your server not responding to the request because my website IP would be banned by your server.
For example : i’ve tested cURL response from other site like paypal or google or another site hosted by my provider and I get response without anyproblem at the contrary of your domain or IP adress.
Can you verify that, if that domain / IP adress is banned please :
website domain : cluster003.hosting.ovh.net
Adress IP of the domain : 213.186.33.4
Hostname from IP : cluster003.ovh.net

If not then please share your site URL.
Also, would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

cluster003.hosting.ovh.net is the cluster where it is hosted at OVH.com who is a french provider.
I add you an temp admin login in the field requested for your tests.

I have tried importing construction demo but I had some import’s errors. Screenshot et log file generated in attachements.
Can it be because of my internet connection ?

You get this warning message when you don’t activate the WooCommerce plugin when importing the demo content.
This is not a major issue as your demo content is imported successfully.
Do you face any issue after importing the demo content?
