    Hello,

After installing the demo, the slider isn’t working.

    Also, the header isn’t showing.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Hi @squ4d,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

It seems you have shared the wrong site URL.

Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Sorry, here is it

I visited your shared site and saw the javascript error is occurring in the browser console causing the issue as shown in the attached screenshot.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of WPBakery page builder plugin.

Also just temporary use the Twenty Seventeen theme on your site to check whether the error still displays.

    Hello,

Yes, i’ using the last version.

Here is a screen capture of the site while using twenty seventeen theme.

Also, i already fixed that error but nothing happens, the slider wasn’t working neither, only the loading image was loading and nothing happens.

I tried to re-install the demo and then that js error reappears.

Also, I imported the Education demo, which works with the Unyson Builder, maybe this is causing the error?

FYI he JS error is on the file:

    jevelin/js/scripts.js

There is \\ missing in the line 601:

    $(“a[href*=\\#]:not([data-vc-tabs]):not([data-vc-accordion])”).on(‘click’, function(e) {

I fixed it and now I have an error in the revolustion slider plugin

Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

    Hello,

Yes, i put the details in the private box.

Also, i disabled the slider revolution and now I have the section Teachers that appears so that seems to fix an issue.

I also put a picture in the background while the slider is not working.

    Thanks for your help!

Thank you for sharing the site credentials.

Could you please reproduce the issue so that I can troubleshoot it?

    Done.

    Solution for this topic

I logged into your shared site and saw this is happening because of the Imagify plugin that you are using on your website.

I have deactivated the plugin to resolve the issue.

Please contact the Imagify plugin support to know why this is happening and resolve it completely.
