My WP Bakery is updated but when I am trying to edit text block on FrontEnd and BackEnd using WP Bakery the text block is blank. Please refer to the video below.
I have tried disabling all plugins and just activated the WP Bakery still won’t work.
Hi @arguetech,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please make sure you are using the latest version of PHP on your server by referring to the information provided in the following pages.
https://www.wikihow.com/Check-PHP-Version
http://php.net/supported-versions.php
If you are still facing the issue then would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
Best regards,

Hi!
After the updates, Gillion 3.5.8 WP Bakery is now working.
But I just want to ask why the profile is not accessible? Is it because of the update?
This is a sample like our previous profile page.

If you check on the website it’s redirected to the homepage. Can you give me the correct link where the user can access their profile?
Thanks

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of Gillion theme.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
I have found the plugin that’s conflicting with the profile link, but it says 4040 not found.
May I know the link where the user can see/edit their profile? I attached it below. (please don’t mind the encircled icon)
Solution for this topic
The user can edit their profile in the admin area of the website on the URL http://yoursite.com/wp-admin/profile.php
and there is no way to edit the profile in the front end without using a third-party plugin that provides this functionality.
I see, I thought that’s from the theme. Thanks for the help.
You are most welcome here 🙂
