    I want to do some customization in theme for that i want to override post tabs directory which is in parent theme inc folder file i.e gillion\inc\widgets\posts-tabs

    Can you let me know how i can override the directory in child theme, so it would work.

    Hi @bobbinkz,

     

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    You can override only the theme template files in the child theme and not the widget directory.

     

    You can copy the new widget directory in your child theme as below and create a new widget by renaming the class Widget_Posts_Tabs added in the file class-widget-posts-tabs.php

     

    \gillion-child\inc\widgets\posts-tabs\
