Hello,
When I am Incognito modus on my phone or smaller screens, everything works out well. But after all updates done, the site isn’t responsive on mobile and smaller screens. The first foto on the home page for example isn’t filling the screen well and the menu can’t be opened!
What goes wrong here?
HOpe you can help me, thanks in advance.
Hi @wernervanstrien,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please try clearing your browser cache.
Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
http://www.chef-werkplaats.nl. Already on the homepage on smaller screens. Even if you adjust your screen on laptop to a smal version it does it.
HI,
It’s solved. What you told me worked out!!! But what about with people who don’t know? When they don’t clear the history they can keep getting this on mobile devices???!!!
The browser deletes its cache after some website visits so it will work for them.
