Hi, i use reviews filter but i can’t sort with random the results of the revisws list. I change in backend but don’t move nothing, please can you review ?

We also updated the latest version of the Gillion theme.
The problem still there: it is not possible to configure the results of the review section of the website (https://www.thewanderlustmag.com/nuestras-reviews/) on a random basis (the items are ordered by date right now, but we want them to be ordered randomly).
Can you help us solve this?
We would also like to know if there is the possibility to order the articles that have a review format (with a score) from highest to lowest.

Just to let you know, we actually updated and install the PHP 7.4.12 version.
Problem still there.
I could confirm the issue on your website but it works fine on my website using the Blog Posts Basic element of WPBakery page builder that displays random posts.
Could you please delete the Gillion theme on your website and install the below latest version?
Also, this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson, Redux framework, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

We have installed the latest version of the Gillion theme (3.7.5).
We also have desactivated all the plugins except Unyson and WpBakery page builder plugins (we do not have installed the Redux Framework plugin).
Problem still there… we cannot configure the order of the reviews.
Maybe it’s related to the fact that we do not have the Redux Framework plugin installed… or not?
We need urgently to solve this issue, as it’s the last step before the publishing of the website (scheduled for the end of this month).
Could you please enter the website and look where is the issue to solve it?

I created a draft test page on your website and it works fine on it.
Could you please check it by visiting the created Test Page on your website?
If it works fine then, please delete the Reviews page and recreate it to make it work.

I’ve checked the test page and replicate the configuration on the review page.
I’ve discovered where was the problem: the load more button was enabled (screenshot attached).
The issue is solved.

Knowing that this issue is solved, we have another query related to this section of our website:
At this time, the articles on this page do not have yet the review format applied. But the idea is that all those appearing in this section will be only review-type articles.
Knowing this, is it possible to sort the articles of this particular type by the score they have (from higher to lower)?
