I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the Jevelin theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Could you please tell me exactly what problem you are facing with it and what you mean by it is Down?
Please make sure that you are using the below latest version of the theme.
Also, could you please share the page URL from your site where it is not working so that I can troubleshoot it?

Ok but, anyway to modify the Style CSS of it? It’s blending into the Menu and not looking good at all. (See Screenshot)
You can try achieving this using the Yellow Pencil editor as described on the below page.

Yellow Pencil is not loading here…
Please make sure that you are using the below latest version of the theme.
Then update the Yellow Pencil editor to the latest version from the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
Hi, Managed to get Yellow Pencil working but i can’t select the Confirmation Message with it…
If you can’t then you have to develop CSS code to style it.
