    Hi,

    I have used Gillion Theme for a website, now in admin, it shows to update WP WPBakery Plugin, but it keeps asking for “updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder”

    So can you please let me know how can I update the respective plugin? What step do I need to follow to update WP Bakery and Revolution slider plugins?

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    Please note that you are using the WPbakery page builder plugin bundled with the theme therefore you are not a direct customer of that plugin and cannot activate that plugin with the key.

    We update the plugin with every new theme version. In this case, you can just delete the old plugin version and reinstall the latest plugin version bundled with the theme from Appearance -> Install Plugins

     

    The same applies for the Slider Revolution plugin.
