Home › Forums › Jevelin Theme › PHP fatal error from redux after installing Jevelin
Hi, I’ve just installed Jevelin and the demo for the Shop. When trying to customise the theme, I was trying to change the height of the titlebar, I keep getting a message stating “Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple of seconds, and then try again.”.
In the wordpress log I get the message below.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Kind regards
Nick

Hi there,
We just checked and it is working just fine in our test server.
Can you please let us know if you are using Jevelin theme settings page or Appearance > Customize page? We have two theme setting pages, so please try in both of them and let us know if both places you receive this error.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
