    Hi friends. I would like it to be adapted to mobile phones when entering from a mobile phone (mobile view), but this view is not activated. That is, it looks as if it were seen from a computer. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi there,

     

    Most likely some of your plugins might be overwriting our theme functionality.

    Can you please try to disable one by one and see if plugins are causing it?

    Thanks for your answer.

    Attached capture of the plugins that I have enabled and disabled on the web.

    I have tried to enable and disable everything except WPBakery and it does not load the mobile view either.

    Can you please try to update to the latest theme version? It might help to fix your issue
