Hi Staff,
I am getting an error updating from version 5.2.2 to version 5.3. The error message is “Updating failed – Update package not available”.
I have many sites built with Jevelin but not all of them have this error, some update correctly even if they do not have the update to Redux.
Can you help me?

That is a good question on why that would happen.
Would it be possible to login in one of your sites where you have this issue? That would help us to find and fix the issue.

Have you changed the website domain after activating it?
Ok, solved. The problem was the license, it was enough to remove the license and then re-insert it.
Days ago we bought the extended license and we are putting it in all the sites made with Jevelin, probably some of them had the old license.Thanks for the assistance!

Extended licenses have a little bit different activation system than single licenses as a single license gets removed after any website changes, but extended license never gets removed and in some cases it can cause issues.
Let us know if you have any further issues with this as we can try to improve the system. To do that we will just need a website to test.
