Hi, I have tried to import demo data many times with a fresh wordpress installation, Jevelin and using the one click importer.Ā I have tried it with the required plugins activated and then with all recommended plugins activated. Each time I receive the following error message with no number or further details regarding the type of error (See screenshot).
Completed a new installation on a different server. Same issue exactly. Obviously a problem with the theme. After two wasted days and no help I want my money back.

We just installed one random demo and it seems that everything worked just fine. Which demo did you try to install previously?
Ok thanks. There may have been another issue making the site unstable. We are using cloudflare and it was set to flexible rather than full ‘strict’ and this was causing an issue with the https causing too many redirects. It is possible that this was preventing the demo content installation?
It was actually the same demo (startup clean) that I was trying to install so assuming it is all working ok I am happy to just carry on with the installation you have done.
