    WP version: 6.1.1

    Javelin: 5.4

    Redux: 4.3.20

    WPbakery: 6.10.0

    Tried these steps to fix the issue:

    delete and reinstall the theme from wp-admin

    delete and reinstall the theme from FTP

    downgrade javelin version

    switch from Redux to Unyson

    downgrade PHP version

    deactivate all plugins

    reupload demo content

    Result: the javelin theme is not compatible with wp-bakery plugin. whenever I turn on wpbakery, the WordPress gives critical error.

    Can u login to the web to fix it plz?

    Sorry for our late response.

     

    We tested Jevelin 5.4 with the newest WP and WPBakery page builder versions and it seems to work fine.

    Maybe you have access to the PHP log so that we can figure out the issue?
