    Hello,
    I hope you are well?

    I am contacting you because I have a problem with the template “JEVELIN”.

    I proceeded to the purchase of this one thinking I could use this template for my future website.

    Unfortunately, I can’t find it in the proposed list.
    Can you help me ?
    Because my purchase was for this template.

    Hi there,

     

    Sure, after installing the theme and installing the required plugins (Redux framework, WPBakery, and OCDI) you can install it by:

    • Going to Jevelin (left sidebar) > Import Demo
    • Finding Portfolio (WPBakery builder)
    • Clicking Install Demo
    • And following the instructions
