I am creating a custom header in your wpbakery header and I have added a 1190px wide logo to go across the header with the links below it.

For some reason your theme keeps cropping it at 690px, it doesnt seem to be squashing it, it is cropping it, if I use css to widen it, it doesnt work. How can I fix this?

Hello? Is anyone monitoring these posts?

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the slow response.

It seems that our theme doesn’t support such large logos there. We are considering adding an option that would enable the theme to show full sizes logos there.

    Best regards,

WHAT???? What about all the talk about creating your own header?

this is bad, its what my client wanted and Ive wasted a LOT of time with your theme if I am unable to do it.

No worries we added an option to load the logo in full size. šŸ™‚

Please test our latest beta version below and let us know if that works:

The new option is called Logo Size and is available under the Header Builder > Header > Logo tab.

This seems to have helped. It allows the full width of the logo to be displayed – now how can we make it responsive so it can adjust to the width of the browser?

Sure! Firstly, check if you have disabled your custom CSS for the logo.

It seems that those are creating some issues with the responsiveness.

Yes, it was CSS I added trying to troubleshoot the original problem. Thank you for all of your help and assistance. I appreciate you modifying the theme to make it work.

    Great, you’re welcome! šŸ™‚

By the way, if you were wondering the changes will be included in the next theme release.

As far as we know there are no options to extend or update it. However, you should be able to create a new review. That way, you can provide an update
